People that make phone calls on the bus.....fair enough if they are talking quietly...but when there's a 'no phones' sign up...ARGHHH.
Especially when the conversation goes like this:
"HELLO"
"CAN YOU HEAR ME"
"OK YOU CAN STOP SHOUTING, I CAN HEAR YOU"
(this is while the person on the bus is shouting down the phone 
)
"RIGHT, I'M ON THE BUS AND WILL BE AT YOURS IN ABOUT 2 MINUTES, JUST ABOUT TO GET OFF NOW"

People who don't even bother reading your message before deleting it, so you end up with 1/ in your outbox when there isn't really any.
Inadvertantly sending messages to people who never come online, or people who haven't been online in ages.
