Strange, random men that talk to you on the bus. Confused

My example:
I was waiting to get on the bus, and a guy was sat there staring at me from the bus.

I got on the bus, sat down, and he actually MOVED and sat next to me...and started talking to me. Confused

You know, that reminds me of something annoying recently. The number of people who cross the road without looking! I've come quite close to people on my bicycle. If I was a car that, for some reason, they'd not heard or even just had a bad attitude then they'd be hurt!

Where do i start?!
Kids on public transport who just wont stop crying
Kids on trains running up and down the middle of the train
Kids and parents going choo choo on the train
Kids on public transport-full stop!
Recieving endless letters and "important information" from the Readers Digest telling me I have "won"!
Mondays
People in Buchanan Street in Glasgow trying to make you sign up for charity direct debits-chuggers is the term I believe-"I dont care how hot you are darling-Im Still not stopping for you"
Those Gouranga hippies who hang about Glasgow trying to give you a "free" cd which they want you to pay for!
Quoues in Sainsburys (or any other food retailer!) during my lunch break
AND most annoying; Neds, Chava, Junkies, Winos and other scum-just having them within 5 miles of me causes my blood to boil!!!

Let's see...
Stupid People:
People who brag about things that aren't brag worthy
People who insist upon biking/walking/running against traffic bc they think its the "right" way to go. "Cuz, you know, never can be too careful. Don't you want to see what's comin' at ya?" Never mind the fact that the term "going with the flow of traffic" exists for a reason
Tourists who take pictures of EVERYTHING
Tourists who have no clue where they are and decide to stand in the middle of michigan avenue (the busiest street in chicago) and block huge groups of people where they try to figure out where they aren't...
People who can't think for themselves
People who feel like knowing one thing makes them knowledgeable in everything
People who think that rules don't apply to them
Girls who feel like make up and push up bras make up for not having a brain

People that think it's perfectly fine to start doing DIY at SIX IN THE BLOODY MORNING.

UT

And then when you go round to ask them to keep the noise down for an hour, you get a mouthful of abuse. Meh.
