I sure some of you will have read my post about a friend and I going to Bolton, and now she doesn't want to come, well if that wasn't bad enough.

I got a brand new car 5 weeks ago (06 registration) and on the day I got it I noticed a small dent in the roof, it pulls slightly to left when driving, it has a tryptronic gearbox and it won't hold on any kind of slope when in 1st gear or in Auto mode, and one of the electric window switches is sticking.

I reported it on the first day of purchase, was told they would ring me back soon, oh yeah, soon alright, I managed to take it in last week to have the problems put right.

I asked when do they think it will be ready for, as I am going to Bolton on Friday 4th August, don't worry it will be ready for you on the 28th of July.

Great, was in good mood and complete with courtesy car of exact same make.

Seeing as it's now Wednesday 2nd of August and they have not contacted me, I thought it time I contacted them, ah the engineer said it has been booked in for this Friday 4th August, I said I was told it should have been ready by last Friday 28th of July as I am going away this Friday, nope he said, sorry.

I am well and truly fucked off Evil or Very Mad

You might say to me well at least you have a courtesy car for the use of, well yeah that's right, but it's not like have your own personal motor is it
