best two things you can say to him whenever you see him are "yeah whatever" as in whatever im not really arsed, not the american blonde teenager WHAT (dramatic pause) EVER followed by a hand to the face and a sharp turn n exit
and "thats cool" do it very blase n he wont have a clue whether you are bothered or not by him and it will drive him nuts!!!
