Well I am keeping slim and fit for number one me, and for the loving fit lady I seek, part from keeping on dancing five nights weekly, I have daily healthy breakfast I put half a melon, four bananas and one mango into the blender and have it for breakfast. And if I have here under my skin well we keep at it all night long that way we both loose weight the fast way.

What are your slimming motivations?

slimming motivations? .... i think the only motivation you need is how good you feel about yourself when you do lose wieght... how different you look, the compliments you get, the smaller clothes.

when i had the kids i shot up to a big size. and i mean BIG. i am now a 14/16 and still have some wieght to lose....

Brave Mandy. Not many women admit their size. I'm considerably bigger and it bugs the hell out of me.

I have a very small appetite and eat little rubbish... no point in it, I can't taste it, so there's no pleasure from eating. I do so to stay alive. But for my own health I need to lose some weight, and more importantly, get fitter. Since I walked out of my job 4 months ago, I've got very lazy and I can feel how unfit I've become. I don't need motivation, I've that aplenty, what I need is willpower.

Wonder if I could find it on the internet? Wink Laughing

of course you can tracey. there are plenty of ppl here to help you along your way and congratulate you when you get there.

as for me admitting my size lol.... i don't see anything wrong with the size i am.... but i do want to go down one more size. i've come a longgg way as laura can tell you. and i don't intend to stop here. i am a whole hell of a lot happier with myself now than i was last year. i just think it's sad that some people fall prey to the "you won't get a man/woman/job/friends/happiness if you're not superskinny"

we are all the same people whether we are thin or not. i was the same person last year as i am today, bubbly, lively and flirty... only i'm slightly more so now. it's a pity that other people can't see past superficialities.

for shame on all of you that can't and hurray for those of you that can!!

oh BLAH to everything you just said........ it is not expected that you feel bad about the way you look .........EVER so you just keep lookin in the mirror and convince yourself that you are a goddess and nothing or no one can keep you from what you want.
