Well guys, I am now a newly single woman.

It wasnt anything to do with the other post about my relationship, this is something completely different (which i wont go into...) but i think its over. I'm upset about it, and angry with him, and relieved at the same time.

Is it normal to feel all these things at once? LOL.

I know its a good thing, but it still hurts a little.

Dont know what to say, or why I am posting this really.

Never mind.

Love is subject to entropy just like the rest of the universe. That you can take to the bank. It certainly isn't forever.

Regret, anger, guilt, fear, sadness, longing. Yes, you'll have all that shit swimming through your head at once until left-brained rationality kicks into gear (usually without any prompting from yourself) and puts its house in order.

Let it all wash over you. Don't ignore any of it or try to fight it; you can't. Just let it run its course. If you try to fight it or brush it under the carpet it'll only come back later and hit you twice as hard. Emotions are supposed to be fleeting. Let 'em do their job in peace.

Get your arse out in the daylight and go for a good long walk. No iPod or anything like that; you need to think. Its the best combination of exercise and 'me time' you can get and its a fucking panacea for all problems emotional or stress related.

Get to it!

Yes Saa!

LOL...

I am fine about it - i have been able to finally let him know how i feel and he understands and accepts that.

Some things in life you just cannot change, so why try?

We will stay "friends" but i dont think i will see him again, for my own sanity more than anything.

Thanks for your support guys.

and Dom - wheres my limerick?

What all the others said. Especially Lillybet and Chikhai.
Yes life is hard and unfair and a bitch at times, but if it wasnt, just imagine how bored shitless we'd all be? Always happy, always get your own way, no one says no, no challenges........shudders at the thought!
You'll be fine, I can feel it in my bones.

Yes you would.

And yeah, life would be boring without different feelings and emotions to help us along the way, but the bad stuff is sucky.

If it was all good all the time, a. we'd not recognise it as good cuz we'd not have any bad to measure it by so therefore b. we'd not appreciate the good anyway!
