I went shopping today and managed to spend £300 I don't have
Mainly on: Make up, shoes, boots, bags, CD's, clothes, and underwear.
AND I got my hair cut..well, just a couple of inches taken off it.
17.10.2006, 20:51 quote
I paid on my credit card.
I need a job.
I just don't have time to work. I'm at college 4 days a week, and when i'm not at college I can't be bothered to do anything

Considering all the stuff you bought: shoes, makeup, boots, bags, cd's, clothes, underwear and the Haircut ........ £300 isn't bad.
You must be quite a bargain hunter. The shop where i used to work used to sell shoes and handbags for IR£1,000 at a time. Never mind throwing bags, makeup, cds and what not, in with it.

I never buy really expensive stuff. Unless I do actually have the money.
I don't believe in paying high prices for things you could easily get cheaper.
Like there's a rather expensive make up shop, that sells lovely make up, but you can get exactly the same colours(not nec. the same quality, but it still works!) but like £10 cheaper!
I always go for stuff in the sales.

Laura how do you pay your credit card off when you dont have a job though .. that must be hard
17.10.2006, 20:58 quote

Haha.
Well, if you charm the females here, you'll have a lot of luck over there!

What's that? In case you get lucky when your at the Shops?
Tell me where are you going to shave your plums in the event of getting lucky whilst at the shops - changing room perhaps?
Hey and while we're at it if you're getting a swiss army knife, why not get a hardcore one and use that to do your plums rather than throw your money away on razorblades?

Oh, some guy from glasgow was chatting me up in starbucks.
Why can't people leave me in peace while i'm drinking coffee?!
17.10.2006, 21:07 quote
Credit cards are dangerous things. I remember a salesman trying to flog me a card in a shopping centre once. He was quite persistent i remember, at first i told him, i couldn't afford it, then he spewed some crap about interest rates, then i told him i couldn't afford it because i don't earn enough, he asked me how much i earned and i told him i was on the dole ( i wasn't being cheeky i actually was ) he thought for a brief second and then told me that i was STILL eligable for a credit card!! Bloody hell, i walked off shaking my head.
I don't want a credit card, i don't need one, and i've lived 25 years of my life so far without having to depend on one. The temptation is just too much, to go spend crazy with the thing.
