Just been browsing, and realised just how many photos are of people wearing sunglasses. As I love to see a guys eyes, I feel cheated, is it just me or does anyone else feel the same?

(Still better than no pic at all though, I hasten to add)

Although I look sexy in shades, I never wear them in dating photos because my eyes are one of my best features.. all women seem to like them. I am good.

Maybe shades in photos is their way of.. er retaining some mystery... or it makes them a bit less self concsious about having their photo on a dating site?

Thing is... If you have to go with shades you'd better not post a picture without, because 90% of the people who look gorgeous with shades look like crap without. That's what I realized.

I simply love shades. I feel nakee without them. Don't know if I look much worse without them, but they make you look so, so much cooler.

The single thing is, as I said... Be careful what shadeless pics you post. LOL

I don't mind so much if they have other pictures without shades on.

Me..i'd never put a picture with shades up..mainly because a) sunglasses jut don't suit me, and b) my eyes are probably my best feature!

One of the first things I notice about about a guy are his eyes and lips. So wearing sunglasses kind of robs me of that. Although to be fair they only cover a fraction of someones face, and can add mystery and sexyness to a persons picture. So to answer to original question, no, I don't feel feel cheated if someones wearing shades in their picture.

No shades, I dont like them anyways, I think they're stoooopid! Anywhoo, I love seeing a guy's eyes, bit of a thing for them! You can tell a lot from eyes

My profile is now visible to members with fotos only my avatar is not shown because of that. I feel like I'm cheating ya'll.

I think a lot of people have outdoor photos, and probably their best ones taken when it was sunny** (they look tanned and healthy, for starters!), which might account for the number of photos with people wearing shades.


** It was sunny in Plymouth yesterday. It took me ages to find my shades, it has been so long since I had the opportunity to wear them

Oh, and wearing shades on a first date ......Grrrrr .....

I wear shades a lot, even in mild sunny weather, especially if i am driving. But if i go out on sunny days without my shades i tend to get very tired eyes quite quickly, so at this time of year i tend to be in shades a lot. That means i often have my pic taken outdoors with shades on, mostly in candid shots.

I wouldn't choose put put a pic up of me in shades on a dating site though, as to me the point of putting a pic up is to show people what you look like.
