What on earth is the royal mail up too..
got one of these stupid size guides now...you have to measure the size of the letter your posting, and make sure its under 5mm thick...or else its classed as a large letter..

but i do like this bit..small size will cover most greetings cards...unless its a musical one, or has a badge on it..lol then its classed as a large one.

Is this really going to help the struggling royal mail to gain revenue...you have to have certain sizes, all have varying weight classes and so many different costs depending..whatever happened to slapping a stamp on an envelope and chucking it postbox..and hoping it would get there b4 the recieptents next b-day..

i got a letter today my ex girlfriend sent me from iceland...it was in perfect condition...and the date was marked October 20th last year. she'd payed extra for quick delivery too. good old mail services.

The royal mail is a huge pile of rubbish!

I almost didn't go to college last year because they delivered my offer of a place on the course late...

I don't know about Royal Mail !!! More like Snail Mail

Weight has no effect on the service of royal mail. It'd be fairer, and much more sensible, just for them to use this new size guide alone and not the weight.

You could send a tiny one-tonne package and it won't cost them any more to send than a tiny one-gram package. Scum.
