Sad good luck dealing with whatever's eating you. It's hasn't gone unnoticed, it's just not an easy thing to mention when i don't know you, and harder still when i've only managed to irritate you with the few light hearted posts i've aimed in your direction.

No apology needed as far as I'm concerned Louby. Better off letting frustrations out then keeping them in, and I wouldn't say you cause to much of an problem on the boards with the few posts you make. There are plenty of people on the board with the compassion and patience to hear what you have to say and try and help you. xx

Don't worry about it Louby, I don't think its that much of a problem, we've had much worse on here. Maybe you can set up your own thread that you can keep coming back to and say what you have to say, vent any anguish. Anybody who wants to read it can, and also ignore it. You ain't that much of a problem imo...but good luck anyway.

i wish life was simpler, but it isn't and it never will be, i wish life had a road map but still there is none. i don't think there is anyone that can really help or even seen other ppls point of view, they can some wat relate to the kinda similar experience but every person on this earth live and might possibly will live a unqiue life. we all have down times, it is just that some of us learn how to hide it or bure it so deepinside ourself that they cann't even find it themselfs. some say u must have the strength. but strenght is actually nothing more than a illusion of being strong or in other words getting knocked back and still coming for more and keep moving with time and life, accepting it as a part of life.

there is no one that can hurt you if you don't want them too. when you say enough is enough then life starts turning new pages. when you fight back and not lay on the ground just to be kicked then you found the strength. fight to be happy as no one will fight this for you. fight to atleast have a chance.

Aww Loubylou, big hugs for you!!

You can't change the past, but thinking about it gives it life so try to put your energies into thinking what you wish your future to be like. I know this is difficult as I also had DV as part of my past, but it affects us all so differently.

The past has to be acknowledged, but don't stay with those thoughts if they're not helpful. You just need to understand your 'life pattern' so as not to have a repeat.

You will always have moments when something in the 'here and now' triggers those awful feelings, and memories, but don't let them bring you down.

Louby, on the contrary, you should come on here when you are having a bad day. There seems to be some really nice people on here who would support you, and give you a hug when you need it. I've only just joined the site, but that is my first impression, and I think I will hang around here for a while.
Just let them support you when times are hard.
