Inbox notifications are only notifications of new messages in your inbox.
You can only set it to "yes" if you have confirmed your email address...
The new email address is support at flirtbox.biz for notifications as this is a new server that is only used for sending emails.

As far as I know the main site is still supposed to be using the old design for now. Only the forums have been changed for the time being...
