I have a curious obsession with porridge at the moment. No idea where it's come from. I just randomly had the urge to buy some, and now I can't get enough of its oaty goodness.

Any other porridge adorers about? Anyone?

I just thought it was a more interesting topic than porridge! ha ha ha!!

Do they do other flavours of porridge or is it just the one type???

and while we are on the topic of flavours does anyone remember spicy twiglets??? they were much nicer than the original yet you never find them no more, they must not make them no more?

I did that one in the Dating section. Wink

And this porridge... or "Oats" as it's called... is Golden Syrup flavoured. Not that you can taste it much, but it has its charms.

Ahhh Twiglets. Now THEY were zany-flavoured. Lemon? LEMON!? What's that all about?!

There's a group on Facebook about everything. I bet there's a Porridge group on there somewhere. Perhaps they'll have some links to some Porridge Anonymous groups...

If not, just make some. All you need is some chilli powder and a lot of cheese...

I can cook. Or at least I know the basics and given guidelines I would be able to create something.

I also like cheese.

Oooo no no. If you have cheese, and I like many a cheese, you have to put it on a plate, and microwave it for just over a minute. Lovely, melted cheese, tastes absolutely delicious. Yum yum.

Nah im not a huge fan of melted cheese to be honest, only really like it when its grated and then make it in to a cheese toastie! Dont ask me why grated cheese tastes better melted it just does! Oh and you gotta add a bit of marmite to it to cos it melts in to the cheese! Actually and cheese and marmite toastie is deffo on the cards tomorrow, i think its won over cheese crackers!
