I'd get rid of double chin. Next year I might be getting my right boob reduced so that I have an even pair.

I have a train track brace (only top teeth at mo - lower set being braced later in the year).

I have hated my teeth for years but lots of people didn't even notice my teeth. It is a sort of plastic surgery in the sense that it is about improving my appearance.

I would not have anything else as I am scared of pain and don't feel that bothered. However I understand the need to do something about your apperance if it truly bothers you.

I feel very self conscious about the brace with strangers but all my mates couldn't care less
