I'd MAYBE make my nose smaller or something. I hate my nose.

I don't think I would change anything about me really.
There's loads that could do with changing, and I wouldn't say that I am 100% happy with the way I am, but if I changed my appearance, I wouldn't be me anymore...........

And please stop with the breast reduction comments please, no man is gonna wanna hear that sort of thing, it is disgusting,immoral and should be banned.....

Id have a boob reduction, and a little lipo suction on my bum
