There are days where I can deal with it.....others........bleugh.

Duvet days Very Happy when i snuggled back under the covers, tell the world to marry off and really relish in how miserable I feel. Then in the evening, have a warm bath, read for a bit, then back to bed. The next morning seems to somehow feel better

here in montreal we call them "pajama days" and they really do wonders for depression, assuming it's not too deep of course
