Sad I just took some video of Pebbles hobbling around on 3 legs, and can't get the vid from the phone onto the PC, I think it's one of those 'wait till the morning' jobs

She's gorgeous DH. After greyhounds, miniature yorkies are my favorite dog. I have no idea how to put photos up here, so if anyone wants to see all mine (have you got a spare half hour?!) they are on my facebook, or is that *in* my facebook in My Family?

Pebbles is most indignant that she's been called a minature Yorkie. She would like to point out that she is a full sized Yorkie - according to her papers she is named after her mother, Pebbles of Westerhope, and sired by Fancy Footwork. Actually, I thought she was named after a Flintstones character until about 5 minutes ago, when I went to look at her papers.

I know she looks small next to me, but I'm 196cm. To give some idea of her size, the computer monitor in the background is a 20" flat screen, and when she's got her big fluffy head in front of it I can't see a bloody thing (she's got this new thing that she does, that when she wants my attention, she gets on the desk and sits on the keyboard Very Happy )

My sincere apologies to Pebbles The Big Dog in that case.....but in my own defence, I tend to think of all yorkies as "miniature" cuz they are, compared to my greyhounds!

Not that many actually, although he does talk a lot. He's weird though, when he picks up new words he practices them in secret when he thinks no one is listening. If you walk in on him he shuts up and looks all embarrassed.

Here's a pic when he was a baby:

His name is Finnegan (he was hatched on St. Patrick's day so I had to give him and Irish name.) He's a Harlequin macaw, the third largest parrot in the world after the Hyacinth and Greenwing macaws respectively.
