That sounds like a grand idea DH, if pebbles already knows them she wont miss you so much....well, I mean of course she will, but it wont be so hard on her if you know what I mean.
Also, if there is the chance that you made the wrong decision and wanted her back...? Also will you still be able to see her? That would be good for both of you.
As to your good self, sorry can't help there, unless you bring your own doggie basket and find a space in the kitchen to curl up!
