Who had/has got a CB radio.

I still have 2 but I don't use them any more.

Who could give it loads over the Mic but when on an eyeball (hehe) you was as quite as a mouse.

I used to use the one belonging to the 'lady' I babysat for. My handle was Michelinmans daughter

I would have been about 15 then and got mistaken for someone in their 20's on a number of occasions. Thankfully i was not only very innocent in those days, but was lucky enough not to end up talking to any rather forward gentlemen

I bought a 2nd hand one about 20 years ago, stuck in on a shelf, its been there ever since gathering dust. Dust is a big feature in my house tough

I used to have a Police Scanner if that counts?
Then I broke the antenna.
Used to like listening to all the foreign pilots on approch to Heathrow!

I met my first BF of the CB radio!

My Handle was Gingersnap!

I loved it! opened up a whole new social life... much like the internet really!

i had a panther ssb in my car and a an extravagant base station...My handle was pretty lady...out of the so calif area and we all use to go on transmitter hunts on wedn..wht a blast that was...went on rides to dif parts of calif. to meet fellow cbers....was alos with calif. react patrolling the highways to help stranded cars.

I loved my CB ... omg.... and the eyeball meetings.... all to funny now looking back..... these days they call it the MOBILE PHONE!!!

my elder brother had a 'rig' i would use now and again, my handle was Munchman, i remember the massive ariels people had in there back gardens for cb radio!

My dad had them when I was a kid. Now he's AR and has numbers instead of a handle. Not as much fun!
