well i have a migraine... its off to bed with me.

Harsh. I've had one for about 3 days now. Maybe its a tumor.
Or perhaps I'm been drinking too much again

i think i'm coming down with something. migraine still there and have a stuffy nose too... even my eyes hurt.

You're lucky....when I have a migraine it only last about 3 hours (then I throw up and it goes way)
But, during those few hours, the lat thing I want to do is talk to anyone on be on the pc. I curl up in bed in a ball and contemplate killing myself because then the pain would go away. I think it's genetic because my mum gets them too but hers last a couple of days. Luckily I only get them a few times a year but ones it's started, no painkiller in the world can dent it!

Cheese and chocolate can cause migraine's!! hmmmm no wonder i have a perminant headache!!!
