If you're finding a distinct lack of replies to your messages, check "who can contact you?" in your profile settings...I've just realised for some inexplicable reason that only Men could contact me since I've become a member...irritating.
Changed the settings now and presumably I'll be inundated with admirers....perhaps not.

Thank you for that! Checked the settings, mine were the same!
However, changing them has made no difference

hi..and no they dont..women have to many msgs to reply too..but look at it this way..if they dont reply, they are not interested..and saves you valuable time..lol

Yes sadly the boy/girl ratio here seems to be around 25:1...well it seems to be when I look under the Birmingham contacts anyway...so I wouldn't worry about it too much if the ladies aren't getting back to you. I think every fella on this site has had the same problem, so far I have sent 12 women messages and only 2 have replied....oh and "Hello"
...I'm really starting to hate that blue guy, looks so sexually orientated toward the same gender...can't we have a more masculine bloke waving???

I'd find a message saying "not interested" to be more demoralising than no reply at all. At least then, I can just pretend she's read the message and didn't get around to replying
