The official Flirtbox relaunch will take a little bit longer.....

I have decided to switch back to the old design.

There are still a couple of issues that I want to solve before using it as the official design.

I also want to collect more feedback from the Flirtbox community and make sure that the next "relaunch" attempt will be accepted by all users (at least more then now!)

The original idea of the new design was, that it is easier and better to use then the old design .... but unfortunately the current version needs some more tuning and bug-fixing before.

Unfortunately I have a fulltime job and not enough time to fix all these issues within a day or two.....so I think it is better to wait another 1-2 weeks....

wise move and im sure ur hard work hasnt gone unoticed

That s a good idea god and I'm sure it will be okay next time around. I guess there'll be enough feedback to fine tune the site to include the best features of both old and new sites. I think your hard work will be appreciated in the end. Flirtbox is still my fav dating site despite the hiccups.

If there's anything I can do to help let me know, I'm "fluent" in html,php, sql, css, javascript etc... and I'm a unix sys admin by trade... unfortunately I start a new job on Monday my time is going to be rather tight - but the offers there if you need it.

Thank 'god' for that......i've avoided the site cos the layout was just unusable for me!
On my PC (and i did post a screenshot) it was hideous, with loads of dotted lines running across the page, different coloured bars that bore no relation to the text on the menus etc

I'm such a creature of habit.. when I logged back in for the first time in a week and saw the new design, I was so thrown off! The new design wasn't horrible, but I think I'm just partial to the old one
