I want to stop Smoking and eating my nail any help or advice , Could we have a help stop smoking forum, for those of ye that gave up smoking to help us that do want to give up

I have quite a few...


1) Adopt a sense of humour - mine has ran away again.
2) Stop drinking - Done enough of that over the last couple of years.
3) Stop smoking - I keep trying but keep failing
4) Be less sarcastic - Almost everything I say is sarcastic
5) Do at least 3 nice things during the week - Whether it's giving a seat up on the bus for somebody else to sit down, helping a doddering old biddy cross the road, not throwing rocks at chavs....

Lose weight and shag more women are my annual ones....I always fail miserably on both

I made a new years resolution a few years back.

Was to never make another new years resolution

I must say it's the only one i've never broke

Im going to give up platting my bum hair take up a new hobby....pube knitting. Im going to make pubic hair wigs for action man and Barbie dolls and sell them on ebay and make my fortune.

ps If anyones got any pube clippings please send them to me, Ive ran out already and only made enough wigs for 4 action men so far. I really must stop trimming so much.
