With new years day creeping up, it's time to start thinking of a resolution (if you're into that sort of thing!).

What are you going to change, and how long do you you think you'll go till you break it?

Me? Gonna try and cut my coffee intake to 1 mug a day, will probably last a month at most lol. Laughing

I tried that after going to one of them chinese medician places. They were amazed that I drank like 8 cups of coffee a day and put me on some tablets one for water problems? and another for liver I think. Cost me nearly £30 but got to try anything once, was to reduce some bags I had under my eyes lol.

I did/have cut down considerably even down to 1 cup but now back upto 4>5 a day.

My new years resolution is to be a better person but I'm wondering how I can improve myself!

Mine will be to get into better physical shape. Christmas is a time for eating a lot of junk food.
Too many mincemeat tarts, potato chips and chocolates.

I plan to work out with greater consistency during
the new year. As of now, I really do need the exercise! Surprised

Couldn’t you resolve to get some more will power?
Stand in front of gj's mirror and say,
'I can. I will. And I must!'
(That’s a lovely pic, missjb. The best, by far!)

My resolutions are:
To start swimming again.
To get twice around Draycote Water on Sundays.
To get some better walking boots to allow me to do that. Laughing
To be in the hospital with my son, when my next grandchild is born.
To get to San Francisco in late Summer, for 4 to 6 weeks.
To write poems about all these.
To find somewhere else to live.
To buy some new clothes.
But to do that I need the eye of a good woman…
(Oh, OK, two eyes, then! Razz )
And – to find her - I have to keep searching!
(No, she doesn't have to be good all the time! Razz )
