I'm assuming the little picture next to certain messages means "not read" ?

Yeah, thanks for that, I was one of the people who suggested that feature, and it makes me feel a lot better now knowing the reason most of them didn't reply is cause they didn't read them!!
Seriously over half the messages I've ever sent haven't been read!
There's some big clumps as well where all the messages I've sent in one week haven't been read!
Oh well, at least I know it's not cause they didn't like the look of me!!
