I could never stand 'em but ended up eating my own weight in the damned things come Xmas day. The copious amount of rum beforehand probably helped though.

Getting completely shitfaced before your Xmas lunch is the way forward folks. Food and family are much more palatable that way.

I use to hate Peppers, until I was pregnant with my daughter 10 years ago, could not get enough of them. I would also never try Cranberry Sauce, Jam on your dinner WTF, but tried it this year and actually quite like it ........

I used to hate baileys until about a year ago.
Couldn't stand the smell or taste - then I lost my sense of smell for a while - got it back, and now....I love the smell and taste of baileys.

though now i hate all forms of fizzy drinks except for champagne and sparkling wines

Marmalade.......... used to hate all those iffy little bits.. now i just love the chunky stuff.... great for getting my teeth into
