well i was a little busy all day.... first trying to sort out the kids for school and myself for work and in between trying to sort out some time off for the funeral and the like.

my daughter was on my computer this morning.... i was in the shower and getting dressed for work.... must have taken me about an hour at the speed i was going just to get myself dressed.

it was her who locked the thread by accident. i came in here and saw that there was a lot of talk about a thread being locked...... and if laura didn't do it...and danni didn't do it...and trace didn't do it.... i certainly didn't do it...... that's the only explanation i could think of.... so a few minutes ago she came down the stairs.... while i was sitting here in my room crying.... and we had a chat.... and then i asked her about the thread.... she admitted she did something by mistake and didn't know how to fix it.

relax people... you all know if i lock a thread i will give an explanation.....

but no offence to you tiny... if i'd seen it myself i would have locked it. first off it was in the advice forum and you all are here long enough to know where to post what. and secondly it was basically made up of gobbledegook. delighted for you and danni.... but threads like that belong in the anything else. thanks.

now that i have explained this i will take my puffy eyes and my addled brain and go to bed. if i can sleep that is.

good night.

i'll talk to you all later maybe.

Hmmmm... you say about it not being the same in here, about people not comin on any more. have you actually thought why Mandy?
Let me give you a slight clue. if you was a regular in a pub, and the landlord had an attitude where he gave out unfair warnings and stopped people from saying things etc, would people continue to go in his pub? i think not.
This is a message board, a place for people to meet and have fun, but people cant do that, they have to watch what they say, try and bite their tongue incase they say something that an over stringent mod takes a dislike to it.
The thread maybe was in the wrong forum, but that was part of the meaning of the thread. So to say that you would have locked it away would have been wrong. Your action should have been to do what laura did and moved it to the anything else forum.
As for pointless threads, and duplicate threads, shouldnt your first post in this thread have been put into the thread called "this place gets worse"?

One rule for one, another for everyone else...

one more thing, is it right for a little girl to be going through these forums, considering most of the adult orientated chats that are on here?? Are they really for young children to see???

Having said that Tiny, one can't keep there eye on chidren 24/7, and lets not forget we all tend to forget to do things now and then (noone is perfect)

We can all leave our pooters on, forget to switch them off or what have you, and in Mandys case she has 2 kids and only herself to bring them up (pertaining to Mandys post about getting ready ect), I'm sure she cannot remember everything.

Surely the girl deserves some credit?

Yes your right kids should not be on here, especially with some of the content we see/read, but mistakes will and do happen.

Seriously mate, if you have such issues about it stop boring us to death about it and talk to Toby about it.

If your not careful your gonna end up with a very bad label, mainly troll, because a lot of your posts these days are inciting arguments and bad feeling.

Tiny,,,,for one thing that is the reason we are suppose to keep it clean here, because we do have kids on here under the age of 18. Toby could make it real hard for us all and charge so only people 18 and older were allowed...but then we wouldnt have as many people on here...sheesh...hell my son is 16 and sometimes reads the forums with me, cuz hes infatuated with Laura.......As for u Mandy girl,,,oh well she made a mistake, she admitted done and over with.....so e1 get off mandy and her kid....
this has become nothing more than a bitchy site or as i said earlier in a thread there are only a few that constantly are on here and saying the same things over and over about each other....Tiny if you had been on here back in may u would have seen what fun this place was, now its no fun at all.

That brings it back to the moderator thing. Because there are possibly minors reading it, we have to try and keep it as clean as possible.

ok first things first... i DID NOT TOUCH YOUR THREAD SO GET OFF MY BACK ABOUT IT!!

second my post was not in your thread for the simple fact that it was nothing more than a witch hunt... and i say was because it has now been locked.... and not by me.

and thirdly where do you get off telling me what my child should be doing on my computer? she can't read. she had no idea what she was seeing and was only trying to find her game sites. i had left it on here.

so you might try calming down a bit and stopping your attack on myself. another thing that is not tolerated is personal attacks....... so calm down.
