Morning all Well i didn't crawl out of my pit til 9.15. I'm disgusted with myself. I was meant to be in the market by 8.30, now i shall wait til after lunch when it starts to quieten down again.

But other than that, none the worst the wear for my 'indulgence' last night

should be doing all the mundane stuff like , cleaning, shopping and washing!!!! oh !!! motivate motivate motivate.......... NOPE!!! still not happening!!
