Excelent stuff dude. Sounds like your well on your way to creating a new generation of anti chavs. Can I recomend a book? It is kind of incomplete and the guy was obviosly a bit screwed up and violent but it contains some fantastic insights and serves as a great way of gaining an edge and almost re-learning what you already knew? sorry that last bit sounds contradicory but if you check it out you will understand. it's called The Tao of Jeet Kune Do by Bruce Lee. Well worth a read by even those with just a passing curiosity in the martial arts.

On adapting to each student

I believe in having a few pupils at one time as it requires a constant alert observation of each individual in order to establish a direct relationship. A good teacher can never be fixed in a routine... each moment requires a sensitive mind that is constantly changing and constantly adapting.
A teacher must never impose this student to fit his favourite pattern; a good teacher functions as a pointer, exposing his student's vulnerability (and) causing him to explore both internally and finally integrating himself with his being. Martial art should not be passed out indiscriminately.

lol dont know how much use it'l be! gl anyway Surprised
