In 1993,during an eight month contract next to a nudist beach in southern France I quit smoking on a Monday.

In 1994, seven months later sat on the porch, drinking rhum punch watching the sun setting over Falmouth Harbour, Antigua I started smoking.

In 1998, I quit smoking, by chance on a Monday.

In 1998, seven months Later on a terrace in the evening sun and whiskey for company I started again.

This January, seven months ago,this time on a Friday I quit smoking.

Well done, just don't go back!

Drink has a lot to answer for. Makes many things seem like a bloody good idea that are generally definitely not!

Well done my man, ignore this 7 months itch! (I wish I could give up, or at least I wish I could even begin to try thinking about giving up...).

Smoking is a bloody awful habit. I'm glad it's one I have never had the displeasure of having.
