I can only say what I think right now, cos I don't know the exact facts behind Jim being banned.

Regardless of what happened, or didn't happen between the two of them, the only issue for Toby to consider, is what was posted on the forums.

Unless I missed something that was posted, Jim was the only person who broke the rules, so that would be the reason why he was dealt with.

The decision making was totally undertaken by Toby, WITHOUT any discussion with any of the mods, so only he can provide the answer to this.

This isn't me passing the buck, but it is all I know.

I was asked to delete this user..when I looked at the profile I thought someone created a fake profile and has stolen the picture of "Jim"....shiftygeezer didn't sound familiar.

But he can create a new profile and I try to recover the old messages etc...

I didn't have the time to follow the discussions in detail as I was working all weekend...

Today I unlocked the Jim thread so that people can add useful & constructive comments.....not a free for all slanging match

It's like Area 51 in here in with all the conspiracy theories floating about......

it dosent really change the fact that jims an abuser.it just shows thaT hes managed to manipulate some misguided empathy from people who are willing to do his intimidating for him.
if he had any balls at all he'd apologise to the young girl he abused, although i wont be holding my breath waiting on him to do that

I think this has run it's course by now.

I'm gonna lock this now before it turns into another blood bath like yesterday.
