Its a pretty drastic way to remove crusties and clingons.

apparently..the NHS are looking into the idea of using it as a cost saving measure...can be steam cleaned after use see, therefore saving tax payers money..

U know, that wouldn't feel far off the old "tracing paper" toilet roll used in public toilets by the council...ahh yes, I can remember using that stuff and coming out of those toilets walking like a cowboy preparing to draw my pistols ...now that stuff hurt!!!
