Hang on until Sunday Laura I have a car and I will be passing Nottingham on my way back to Kent. Razz

If I lived close by where you live I would have definitely given you a lift there and back, and I mean that, it's just the kind of person I am, but I wouldn't blame you if you didn't accept the offer.

Ok, I went to the hospital.

Waited 2 hours to see somebody.

What did they say?
"We can't do an x-ray until the swelling has gone down, you can either wait, and take some anti-flammatry(sp?) tablets, with painkillers or you can go home and wait for the swelling to go down on it's own"

i am just home from the hospital .... so tired. isn't it amazing how tiring sitting around doing nothing can make you??

anyway they wanted me to stay overnight and have a scan in the morning but i had to come home. i'd rather sleep in my own bed than on a trolley in the A&E... bed crisis as usual.

they gave me antibiotics and pain killers for my appendix but i'll still have to have a scan to see if it needs taking out.

going to bed in a few mins.
