Because I don't want to go to the hospital on my own. Last time I tried to go on my own, I ended up walking out as soon as I got there.
Plus there's no way I can walk to the bus stop here, get on the bus to town, get off in town, walk to the other side of the city centre, get on another bus, then walk from the bus stop that's 10 minutes away from the hospital.
I need somebody with a car. And I'm NOT paying for a taxi.
