I think so - I may show a few insecurities as does everyone when sat on my own. I have a tendancy to put my left hand on my neck - which is protective.

Especially when I'm alone or feeling uncomfortable.

Maybe that's something you should work on. Even little things like that can affect it.

Yeah - but then I feel really vulnerable - like someone can get to my heart. (In the literal sense) I even do it while I'm sat at the pc
