hey everyone

i am sorry i haven't been around for a bit, I know I have also been a sensitive sod and some of the old time members/regulars who know me also know this but recently I have been going down on a bit of a spiral, a few things got a bit much for me , money, friends, how I feel alone, how I dare not trust anyone who expresses a slight interest in being with me because I am scared of all the pain again, paranoid that I was not liked in my new job, and mainly and one of the most shallow things how i look how i pick at myself until i am a gibbering wreck curled up in bed sobbing and hating myself to the point of making myself feel ill

now then thats most of it so i now pledge I shall try and make more on an appearance on here ... after all I am one of the "classics!"

I hope everyone is ok and that it can be understood

love foxy xxx

Oh Hannah sweetheart, I am so sorry.

You have mentioned Glandular Fever previously.
It can take years to get it out of your system (Epstein Barr virus) and can cause the most debilitating depression. Many a person has tried, and succeeded, suicide because of it, including my own son.

I dont want to sound negative, or the speaker of doom and gloom, BUT it is REALLY important that you go talk to your doctor about this please!!!

Any time you want to chat, please pm me, and several people here have my email address.

Big hugs!!

Foxy,

I don't know you well at all, but I can relate to the way you're feeling.

The hardest part about the malaise is actually making the effort to get help - there's a security in introspective wallowing that forms a sort of protective wall around you, and can prevent you from even thinking about making a positive move.

I'll second Lilacrose that you need to see a doc.

sorry to hear how your feeling Hannah, i just wondered with Lilac mentioning Glandular fever, if it may be possible you have M.E? the reason i'm saying this is because i had glandular fever in my teens, and when i was ''Eventually'' diagnosed with M.E. ( i say eventually because it took 3 years of hospital tests and specialist before i eventually found out what the hell was wrong with me) i was told that it was due to the fact i had glandular fever years ago. Are you sleeping excessively, have poor concentration, depression (in my case for no reason) brain fog, as in knowing what you want to say but cant find the words? these are just a few of my symptoms. maybe it would be good to have a wee chat with your G.P.

Big hugs from me to Hannah xxx

Hugzie, the fox! You're not alone in this precious. If you ever need to talk or something, you know where to find me... Wish I could do more, but I'm too far away. Sad

the ME thing i had not thought about it and no one has suggested it to me i do seem to get ill very easily although i do all the right things not to! if i do not get over this bug quickly i am going back to the doctor and will mention it so thanks for the claudia

All I can do is second what Alice and Claudia have said.

Hope all goes well Chick
