How do fellow forum posters define the phrase "ACTIVITY PARTNER" and the word "FUN"? Other sites i have used operate blocks on people who list these options! surely an activity partner could be someone who shares a common interest with you! and fun can be anything that you enjoy doing! Am i right in saying that these two options are now commonly used to actract a sexual partner? Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation

Fun seems to mean sex now and whenever I get a message saying ' you fancy some fun' , I dont reply as its just a roundabout way of asking do I wanna get laid.
Activity partner I suppose could be code for fcuk buddy

Well, I use a few different sites and its usually listed as hobbies/activities partner, but I think in todays society where everything is sex orientated it gets classed as missme said Confused

Yeah, but even in the list of sporting activities on flirtbox, they included "bedroom sports" as an option. Laughing

i feel that the phrases used, 'activity partner' and 'fun', can mean different things to different people.
If someone is just thinking about sex, then any phrase could be used to hide behind. its how its delivered and in what context.
i am sure when the site was designed , activity partner meant just that. someone to share your interest/activities with, like tennis etc.lol..for me sex is not classed as an activity, im not that way inclined.
Its just like the phrase 'camming'. is it sexual or an innocent request.?
only way to find out is to make the buggers explain themselves i feel..at least you get a clearer picture of that person and what they stand for..
if they are players or whatever, and they think they are being clever by hiding behind some phrase, the last thing they want to do is explain themselves clearly...or they would have been clear in the first place, wouldnt they?

I agree 53846 I have no hidden agenda! i avoided those two phrases cos i just dont like to use them! i'm open minded bout all things but would feel embarassed if i messaged somebody and asked if they enjoyed playing bridge only to find it was bedroom activities they meant?????? but there again at some point in a relationship bedroom sports are bound to happen? therefore there is a conundrum as to who is being totally honest???
