Despite carrying a knife everyday of my life I still think a chav should be dealt with using a gun. Its probably best not to get too close I guess. Plus I wouldn't want to be accused of encouraging knife crime

You're actually not far wrong, when I was about 15 I was into the Cure and had a massive spikey hair style like Robert Smith... that didn't last long though, haha.

Ok I'll reiterate, I don't hate chavs or anyone else and don't want to stab shoot or burn anyone. Just having a tongue in cheek laugh. However, if people act like arseholes I won't like them.

i think we say such things about people because society has a lot of labels, i mean i think we say these things about chavs/hoodies whatever you want to call them because they live up to the label they have been given but also not just appearance wise;

I have been intimdated, verbally abused, followed, stared at, pointed and laughed at by "chavs" all fitting the description of what has been said in this thread but it has never happened to me from emos/rockers/goths etc

society gave these people a label because of how they act etc but these people do nothing to counteract it so make a worse reputation for themselves

the only people i see causing trouble around here are these people, the only ones i see in the local paper for causing trouble are these people, my first hand experience of how these people behave is evident and when my sister didnt move out of a chavs way quick enough he twatted her in the jaw damaged all the soft tissue and nerves it gave her whiplash and concussion ...
