Well, actually, anybody will do.

What I want is a peice of software that will let me rip out a peice of audio from a video file.

What I want to do is rip out the audio and turn it into a ringtone for my phone, but I might be a bit of a geek, but obviously not enough of a geek to pull it off.....

Any suggestions?

I've just read that you can do it in Windows movie maker by putting the video into the audio section and save it as a .wma. You can probably cut what you want off of it too, but if not then send me the file and it'll be done.
