Ok I might be able to amuse you with a little snow experience I had:

It is quite a while ago and I lived at that time in NY. It was snowing all day and I was driving up a hill when almost on top the tires started to spin.
These were the times when MacGyver was a role model - so I switched on the speed control, got out of the car and standing in the open car door with one hand on the steering wheel and started pushing in order to make it up the last bit of the hill. Unfortunately, if you change the speed of a car the speed control just switches off. That is what happened. I was dragged still holding on to the steering wheel all the way down the hill and a few meters before the car finally bumped into a snow hill I lost the grip to steering wheel could manage to hold on to the door but then glided under the car and overrun myself. Thanks to the snow no harm was done neither to the car nor to myself but this was one of the best stunts I ever made.

Loads of snow here this morning (edge of the Yorkshire Dales).. had to get the walking boots on and go to the village shop for supplies.. can't get my car out... starting to melt a bit now...
