Laughs. an odd feeling of attachment. a common ground for discussion. friends.

Shiraz has just about summed it up for me. My reasons are that - for one reason or another - which I wont go into here - I dont get out much and see real people often enough. Its so very diverse here, silly stuff as well as serious stuff.
I've made alot of new friends off here - some in real life, some we just chat on the phone/email/letters but fully intend to meet each and every one this year.
Being on these forums has enriched my life thanks to quite a few people here, without sounding too gushy I hope, and also at times seriously stopped me contemplating too deeply topping myself......ok you can put your violins away now!

I started coming on here, cos I found out a couldn't afford one of those Russian brides.........
Now I have the money, but am quite attached to the forums, not the people of course, just the actual noughts and ones that actually make up the forums......

Ok, so half of that is nearly true actually, I did have a quick glimpse at the russian brides sites, but couldn't afford any.....

I use the forums as a way of communicating with the outside world, my story is long winded and kind of complicated (yet rather simple too), and I won't go into it right now, I don't want you falling asleep on me.

I basically don't get out as much as I should, not that I'm not happy, but this forum does play an important part in that, but like I said it is complicated.....

I dont enjoy it as much as i did simply because a lot of the people in my age group that used to chat here have drifted away, ...most notable cheeky, Kev , morillo and brainsplusbeauty (anyone remember them? ) they were straight up kinda people and wasnt worried about speaking their mind, much like me i suppose. That is not to say there isnt some great people in here cos there is and i lurves you all (group hug)

most of the activity in here is like a game of kiss chase now and consists of saying who you would sleep with, ....post more Stu save us! lol

of course im here for a date as i expect most single people are, ..or maybe not i dunno but anyway i've found someone i really like so the site has done me a good turn and im grateful for that

I'm a bit of a seagull poster here, but I pop in a couple of times a day.

I originally joined last summer when I felt it was time to start dating again, and sure enough I met and had a brief relationship with a lady from here.

I'm more settled now, but I hope that nobody minds too much if I keep up with the gossip and the jokes!

Personally I dont get anything out of the forums now. Just occasionally scan them and look in the boobies thread and thats about it. Nothing on here for me at all.

I first joined back in 2003, but it's only since I rejoined that I have contributed to the forums..I come on here to basically kill abit of time between the shifts I work..or to chill out after a shift..Most of the time I enjoy reading the regulars posts..and adding my pennies worth if I have the urge..
