The point is that it might not neccessarily be a good idea to broadcast all the details of a meeting on a public forum...

Yes but people who are not members can still view the forums as guests so this is a way to make certain information private for members only...

Read the meet up thread Jaggea - if you are coming you need to pm Hugglies, the 'club' is for people who are confirmed as coming to the meet so that the arrangements can be published - as Matt said earlier it is safer to have it in there in case people want to put personal details etc!

I have said in the past I will try to go to the London meet, but I have a few health problems that I have to get sorted out so I'm not absolutely certain. As I'm not in the 'club' looks like I'm out of it. The message that comes up is not helpful though.
Probably might have been better if someone had said that earlier instead of all the cryptic cloak and daggers.....shame.................................................................................................................................................................................................................
