Think I'm coming down with a cold. Either that or my body's not adapting well to my conversion to smoking rollies again (I always smoke less when I have to roll them myself).

ive been fag free for around 6 weeks now... at first it was ok... but now its killing me... and the worse thing is... the local shop is oppisite my house and open til 10pm every night..

There is a horrible bug going around just now Kalamity, you feel really tired for about a week then for about 2 days its like a bad cold/flu type thing its howwible! lol. Hope your better soon. x

Although I had a relapse at the weekend

I quit for 4 years, started a new job and was smoking again within 2 days very stupid!

I quit around 10 months ago.

I only had one cigarette on saturday. I was at a friends house, and we had a little to drink, she offered me a cigarette...I stupidly took it.
