my gp is spanish. one of them is obsessed with everyone having diabetes (which i don't have btw) the other is obsessed with refering people to councelling - i've got to go see a psychiatrist if these sleeping pills don't work apparently !! Rolling Eyes Laughing

That.. is why i won't be bothering with a blood test or X-ray.

on the subject of doctors. Prescription.. 2 sleeping tablets (zopiclone).. £7.20. Surprised Evil or Very Mad

I have to admit to having a slip or three days worth since I quit. But I'm going good again now. I don't think I'll smoke properly ever again, though I don't doubt I'll slip here and there.

After the first cigarette I felt incredibly guilty, but then after that it was a "marry it, I don't care" moment. I think if it's the occasional slip, the guilt will stay. It's when the guilt goes you've taken up properly again, I feel.

am now like.. 10 days smoke free. I don't miss it, could do without trying to cough up a lung at stupid o'clock in the morning but hey ho !! Laughing
