Well I am seriously considering deleting my facebook profile.
Lots of people off here are already on my list but I cant keep up.
I currently have 400+ sheep to throw, unhatched eggs to accept, virtual cups of coffee to drink etc.etc. and sorry but I just cant be bothered to dedicate that amount of time needed to deal with them all.
Bah humbug.

I accept what I want to and ignore what I want to. I don't see it as rude.

Requests are, mostly, only sent because the application says you have to invite so many friends anyway.

Yeah Baggie I think you are right, but I have in the past had peeps email me "Oi you havent accepted my virtual cuppa" or whatever, then I feel guilty about being a lazy facebook friend...

You'll note I dont have hundreds of friends on my facebook account. It's a bit dismal really. I used to have so few it was a joke, now I have enough that it looks as though I'm trying but only getting sympathy friends. Ha! As if I've ever worried about having friends! Now I sound like a miserable old sod. Good, that's fairly accurate. Later I'll elaborate on my hatred for society....

hatred is such a strong word. Can anyone suggest something more subtle?

And regarding these cuppas and vampire bites and all that jazz - just ignore it if you don't like it. If someone sends you a snotty message then erase them from your friend list. That's the kind of hard-arsed tactics I utilise. Keeps spam to the min-e-mum
