well u just need to adopt the DIYer attitude especially if you on holidays from work... imagine how much you could get done!

eda... one word....'wow'!!!! that is a fine example of diy... what did you use to stick the sticks together? i cant see the joins!

chet i dont think you cut out for the tough world of diy... those spray paint things look really good.

It's just screwed with cadmium plated woodscrews. They're a goldish colour so they blend in better than galvanised screws. The whole thing is very sturdy. Woodwork is my forte in the DIY world

oh well i could be doing with you if thats your forte cause wood certainly isn't mine... im going to indulge in a little indirect DIY and hire a man to do the bits i cant

I'm a bit sad really: gates, doors, sheds, chairs, nestboxes, fences, piggy banks - I love to make allsorts so long as its wood
