Okay, so i damaged my ring finger on my right hand on Froday night and ended up having 5 stitches in the darn thing.
As Vanda pointed out in another post, i will have a long scar there, so want a cool story to go with it. Not one where i put a bottle down without looking and scarred my hand. Thats just crap.
Please make them as realistic as possible...
So far i have:-
Was playing Rugby and got studded in the hand, thus causing this damage
Was defending an old lady from a mugger and he stabbed me but i blocked him and he got my hand instead
Thats about it.
Help please!

Yeah I've got a great scar across the bridge of my nose where I got kicked in the mush once back in the days when young men used to get up to mischief at the football. Broken nose, 6 stitches I think it was.
Class.

Oh sorry you want a cool story to go with YOUR scar...
Oh well. Mine's still class anyway.
Say you run into a few Millwall outside Barking station and one of them caught you with his Stanley.

My stories aren't interestin', they're bloody nuts.
When I was a kid (1
=)))))))) I once went to pet my dog whilst she was eatin' and she caught the portion above my eye, don't know what's it called in English, maybe arcade. Didn't get any stitches, the scar is very small but it's there.
Also my german shepherd who I used to drive out of her mind with hugs and bites caught my nose and left me another beautiful scar there and I ended up in plastic surgery at that time. That's small too, and there too.
And I have another scar on my middle finger, PMSL. Did that by cuttin' myself by accident so nothing interestin' there...
And that's it... I'm not scarred much.
Oh and yes... That is the dog I loved the most from all dogs I had. She was cuckoo just like me. ![]()

You were walking home when you noticed a stray parrot trapped in a phone booth. As you tried to wrap your jumper around him, to pick him up, he caught your finger with the edge of his beak. However, you have since become great friends, although he has been rehomed a couple of miles away.
Don't know where I got my inspiration. I'm just great really.

this is certainly better than having a stanley knife in the hand.

Yeah, and I think its quite credible but not an everyday thing. And has a happy ending. You could choose a different animal, but think of Ruby first

LOL - so here it is...
Random person: My my Heidi...HOW did you hurt your hand?
Heidi: Well, you see, i was walking down the street when i noticed a beautiful African Grey Parrot trapped in a phone box, unable to fly out. Clearly it had been making along distance call to its parents, which is why it was in there in the first place, and must have been quite distressed at the news it had received as was in such a state the poor thing couldnt open the door to fly out....
Starting to see some flaws me thinks....

Random person: Wow Heidi, thats a nasty looking scar! How did u get that?
Heidi: Well I was walking home the other week when I heard a funny noise coming from a phone booth. It turned out to be a slightly dishevelled parrot trapped inside. Someone must have dumped it there or it had escaped and crawled in for shelter. It had a slight accent so I suppose it could have planting a bomb for Al Quieda...

Friend: Wow Heidi, where did you get that scar?
Heidi: It's nothing really, I was driving to work when I saw a massive car accident where a speeding car had driven into the side of another car and in that car a small child was trapped. I could hear everyone shouting that the fire engine had been destroyed by Godzilla the day before so how were the fire fighters going to get there with the jaws of life (they love cutting cars up as they have little else to do)???!!!
I caught a whiff of diesel fuel coming from the crash site and I knew within minutes the cars would explode in a massive ball of fire so I summoned all my strength and tore the car open with my bare hands.
Friend: that's amazing! Did you get the scar by being cut with the metal of the car?
Heidi: No, when I got the kid out of the car he turned out to be a little shit and bit me.
