i cant understand this at all.i was messaging a girl on here and we were getting on grand talking for hours and getting to know one another.we were talking about everything from were we live what we do etc ...than all of a sudden i try and send her a message and it wont go threw.all i get is these sad line faces.what does that mean.did she block me or something?why do that after we talked for hours.doesnt make sense what so ever.anyway does anyone out want to give an view on this i would be ever grateful.

I've never been blocked so dont know what comes up, and dont send many messages anyway. But I have had problems sending messages to people on the forums. So just might be one of our gliches.

To be honest, if you are getting on with a women and sending a lot of messages, maybe it would be best to see if she wants to take it to emails.

thanks for the reply.but im messaging other people to and theres no problem with them gettin my messages and me gettin theres.must have blocked me id say a well.we were gettin on really well cant understand all of a sudden why stop.no point in worrying about it.let her message me back if she wants to chat again.

I had that happen a while ago with only one person, I got the same sad faces, and it was awful 'cos I could see what he wrote and he was thinking I'd just decided to ignore him , but I couldn't reply. I never solved it infact it might still be the same respnse now if I tried, but I got somebody else from the forums to message on my behalf and gave them my msn and we've talked that way ever since.

once again thanks for the replys.i set up this profile to talk to her and i can sent and recieve messages again from her.must be a prob with my other profile.at least now we can talk.is it wrong tough having two profiles.can i have a view on this.

I've never operated 2 profiles at the same time, but I've been forced to re-register a few times without being able to delete or access my old profiles. So they may still be receiving messages but will never get a reply.
I have 2 profiles on another site and it does get quite complicated so it's better if you can avoid having 2 I think

sad faces means youve been blocked, julie accidently blocked me and thats what came up. ha. just tell her to unblock your other profile and you'll be golden

sounds like the site has a few issues overall at the moment, probably easier if she is comfortable to take it into MSN or similar, you dont need site problems getting in the way of something

you were right Itae she blocked me by mistake.she unblocked now and were back chating.

It could be that you were blocked intentionally, like if/when she got back with an ex briefly or was talking to someone else whom she actually preferred, but who then dropped out of the equation for some reason and then she reverted to you. talk about being a cynic...!

Sometimes ppl hit the block button by mistake. but sometimes they do it cause their fed up chatting to someone but dont know how to tell them without hurting their feelings. Or it could be a glitch in the system.

I've caught mysefl several times pressing 'delete' in lieu of 'reply' button mistakably under a message at inbox, as they are located next to each other! So shame on me!
