K well i don;t know who else has hay fever but lately i been having real stupid sleep paterns.
i could be awake all day and sleep all night
then the next day be up in the morning sleep by mid day and awake till afternoon only to pass out for a few hours then to wake for the whole night to sleep at 4am and wake at 7am then have a compleatly normal day.

hate my hay fever the drugs are so messin me up.

Well at least your hay fever will pass...

I used to have a 5 am to 4 pm pattern. Then I moved to 7 am to 5 pm. Then to 9 pm to 6 am. Then to 1 am to 10 am. And now I'm on the 4 am to 1 pm. But I'm working on it... And hey... If we move to Australia... It's not that bad.

OMG.. i thought i was the only person with wierd sleeping patterns.. i dunno if i shud go docs about it.. i can sleeo for like.. 2 hours maybe 4 and be awake all night/day.. its terrible.. i dont know what to do..

I get up every morning at half past ten at night half an hour before I go to bed...
