Oh why can't I get angry with people. I let too many people take advantage of me! I can get angry with PC and myself but not people!

I have the opposite problem.

I get too angry with people.

Why would you want to get angry with people for? if thay have pissed you off then yeah fine.

I am to easy going myself tbh, I let most people walk all over me but every now and then I blow my stack (please no sexual comments) and then people say what's wrong with him, he's not usualy like this.

I feel one has to let steam off once in a while at least.

I concur with you guys!!! but i nearly lost it today!!!! spotted the a**hole who totalled my car last week!! he laughed tipped a finger at me i was going to rip his head off!!!! but he ran!!!!! hes a hippy lay about and i know that i have lost the lot!!!!!

Problem is if your like me I felt realy embarest after ( well he was a manager and I shoukdn,t have threatend to rip his head off)

HMmm see your point there!!! i'm a manager too but i must admit to havin said dum things. I also threatened to rip my managers head off to but he was a prime example of an asshole!!!!!! and he ragged me off totally!!!!! not a good move but to she him run it was worth it!!!!

i find it hard to say no to people.
if they ask me to do something, even if i dont want to do it i usually end up saying ok. i wish i wasn't so easy going. i wish i could say no when i want to say no but then i'd prolly end up sounding like a mean old bitch.
