The cancelling thing will work with virgin, I used to work in that dept when it was telewest and they do almost anything to keep you as a customer as the phone rep also gets bonuses etc for each customer they keep. As far as sky broadband goes, I am best mates with a guy who works for sky and he gets nothing but complaints all day about it. It's crap that you have to take a 12 month contract on something that might ultimately be nothing but a hassle. Think i will stay with virgin better the devil you know.
